According to Grand Island Police on Wednesday they arrested Erick Vicente-Vicente for breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s house and threatening her and her children at the 400 block of E 13th St. Vicente-Vicente broken into the house through the garage and then forced his ex-girlfriend to unlock the door she and her three children were hiding. He then told her to grab clothes for the children and herself because he was taking all of them back to his house. Before the ex-girlfriend unlock the door to the room they were hiding in she had called 911. When police arrived Vicente-Vicente resisted arrest and didn’t comply with officers commands. Once he was in custody he was charged with burglary, four counts of attempted kidnapping, three counts of child abuse without injury, resisting arrest, obstruction, assault, menacing, threats, and theft.
