The Superintendent of Stapleton Public Schools, Brian Redinger, is facing a misdemeanor assault charge and according to documents the assault happened on school property. Very little other information is available about the incident other than a citation filed in Logan County Court that lists the assault having happened on January 31st on school grounds. The court date for the assault charge is set for June. This isn’t the first time that Redinger has faced assault charges though. In 2016 Redinger was the arrested for domestic violence charges while he was the Superintendent of Shelton Public Schools. He pleaded no contest to those charges and only received a misdemeanor and eighteen months of probation on that charge.
