According to police, a man was apprehended on Saturday after making threats to kill an officiant at a wedding in Grand Island.
At approximately 3:50 p.m., law enforcement responded to Stolley Park Gardens following reports of a man causing disturbance at a wedding.
Nicholas Orona, who arrived at the wedding in an intoxicated state, reportedly threatened to harm the officiant.
Orona was subdued by bystanders until police arrived and took him into custody.
During the arrest, police stated that Orona also made threats to kill two officers and sexually assault another.
Orona has been arrested on suspicion of three counts of making terroristic threats.
