Jennifer Lynn Ulrich beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, in Ord, Nebraska at the age of 51.

Jennifer Lynn Krason, born on December 22, 1974, in Ord, Nebraska, cultivated a life defined by deep relationships, artistic expression, and an indomitable spirit. The daughter of Leonard L. and Peggy A. (Klanecky) Krason, Jennifer’s early childhood included a relocation to Scotia, Nebraska, in May 1975, and the arrival of her brother, Kevin Michael, in August 1976. Her foundational education commenced at North Loup Elementary, a period that included her First Communion at Scotia Catholic Church in 1980. The family’s return to Ord in 1984 established a significant home base, where Jennifer completed her elementary and secondary education, culminating in her graduation from Ord High School in 1993.

After an initial foray into business studies at the Lincoln School of Commerce, Jennifer’s profound connection to her roots drew her back to Ord. There, in March 1995, she united in marriage with Chad Trompke, and together they celebrated the birth of their son, Jaden William Trompke. Following a brief period residing in Columbus, Nebraska, Jennifer’s strong familial ties prompted their return to Ord. A new personal chapter began in 1998 with her marriage to Wes Ulrich in Las Vegas, NV. Their family welcomed the arrivals of Jackson Daniel in 1999 and Jesse Davis in 2001, enriching their household.

Jennifer’s innate entrepreneurial drive and passion for the beauty industry led her to enroll at the Xenon Academy-Esthetics in Grand Island in 2007, where she distinguished herself by earning an associate’s degree in esthetics the following year. This foundation propelled her vision into reality with the successful launch of Spa Glo in Ord, a venture that underscored her dedication and burgeoning talent. Despite the unfortunate and unforeseen closure of Spa Glow due to a significant structural incident, Jennifer’s remarkable resilience was evident as she swiftly transitioned her expertise to The Black Oak, working for Summer Jess. Her commitment to refining her craft motivated a move to Omaha, Nebraska, in 2014, allowing her to further develop her skills across various reputable establishments. By 2018, her aspiration for independent ownership materialized once more with the establishment of BWaxed by Jennifer. Operating within Sola Salon in Omaha, this thriving enterprise served as a powerful testament to her enduring ambition and professional acumen, continuing successfully until her health-related retirement this past May.

Beyond her distinguished professional endeavors, Jennifer possessed an extraordinary artistic sensibility. For several years, her exceptional creative talents greatly enhanced the work of Palmer Monument Company in Broken Bow and Fremont, Nebraska, where she specialized in the intricate craft of designing and etching stone. Her artistic repertoire was expansive, encompassing not only detailed illustrations but also oil paintings and watercolors, demonstrating a multifaceted approach to creative expression.

Jennifer was a person of diverse and boundless interests. Her leisure hours were richly filled with creative pursuits such as drawing, painting, writing, reading, and crocheting, complemented by a dedication to physical well-being through activities like yoga, swimming, and Pilates. She deeply appreciated shared experiences, including memorable road trips with cherished companions, the exhilarating atmosphere of live concerts, and the convivial spirit of social gatherings. Yet, above all, she profoundly valued and nurtured the time spent with her beloved family and friends, considering these connections her greatest treasure.
