ORD — After being booked into Valley County Jail over the weekend, an Arcadia man has had his preliminary hearing date set.
Jonathan C. Connor, 28, is scheduled to appear in court on November 16. He faces a first-degree sexual assault charge that features a minimum penalty of one year in prison.
Bond is set at $50,000 with a $5,000 conditional release.
