ORD — The Valley County Sheriffs Office is still investigating an incident that led to the arrest of an Ord resident over the weekend.
Dylan Miller, 20, faces charges of first-degree sexual assault, third-degree domestic assault, making terroristic threats, stalking and strangulation. Because the situation is still being looked into, many of the details have not been released.
Miller is scheduled to arraigned on October 5th.
