LINCOLN — Nebraska experienced modest population growth in 2015.
Estimates show roughly 13,000 more people are living in the state, which about 0.7% increase.
This marks the 28th straight year the population has rise, however, the rate is still lower than the national level of 0.8%.
This has raised concerns over whether Nebraska would be able to keep all three of its members in the House of Representatives. These could be at risk if the state continues to grow at a slower rate than the rest of the country.
