ORD — The Nebraska Department of Education completed an audit of the Ord special education program and the results were good for the district.
The review was held on December 17th and High School Principal Mark Hagge says it came back exemplary.
“They said our files were impeccably put together so I want to thank Mrs. Elaine Nevotny, Mrs. Janene Welniak and Mrs. Risa Molesworth for their due diligence and a job well-done,” he said.
Hagge added that the department went so far as to ask if it can use the results of the audit of Ord’s special education as an example for other districts throughout the state.
