KEARNEY — An investigation is underway into the death of a 16-year-old girl during a fire at a home just outside of Kearney.
Kearney and Amherst Fire Departments responded to the call and three other family members were able to escape, but Kyah Kinkade could not.
An autopsy has been ordered and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
