YORK — York County, it’s sheriff and a hospital are being sued by the mother of a man, who died in 2014 after being arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
Patricia Jensen says jailers knew her son had taken drugs and didn’t give him proper medical care.
The lawsuit claims jailers monitored Tyler Crespi, 24, in his cell instead of getting him medical treatment. He was found unresponsive and taken to the hospital, where he died of an overdose.
