DES MOINES, IA — Four third period goals sent Tri-City back to Kearney with a 6-3 victory at Des Moines.
The Storm was down by one five minutes into the final frame when the scoring barrage started.
The victory gives Tri-City 39 points on the year and ties it with Lincoln for the Western Conference lead. The squad beat the Stars on Friday.
