LINCOLN — For the seventh time this season, Nebraska’s Jessica Shepard earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week.
The Fremont native delivered two more performances of more than 20 points and collected a double-double against Penn State.
Also recognized by the conference was Natalie Romeo on the Honor Roll. She put up a career-high 32 points and tied a school record with eight three-pointers against Penn State.
