LINCOLN — A grand jury says three Lincoln officers committed no crime in the shooting of a Central City man in November.
Zachary Grigsby, 29, died after a struggle with three officers trying to arrest him on warrants. He put one officer in a headlock and held a gun to her head before shooting another officer in the arm.
Nebraska law requires a grand jury investigation whenever someone dies in custody or while being arrested.
