NORTH LOUP — Leaks have become more prevalent in the roof at the North Loup Clinic and that’s led the Valley County Health System Board to consider options in repair.
The issue first began about four years ago and since, maintenance has been temporarily fixing the problem. Now, additional work may need to be done
The board wants to assess the whole building to make sure there are not more issues. “We can fix the roof, but then if everything is getting ready to go to pieces, then, you know,” says board member Roger Lansman.
The price to fix the roof is estimated at $8,500. VCHS has been in the building since 1994.
