LINCOLN — A bill in the Nebraska Legislature would allow fantasy sports websites to operate in the state.
This comes as an estimated 300,000 Nebraskans are already playing. The measure would declare that the games are built predominantly based on skills and not illegal games of chance.
Opponents call it an expanded form of gambling.
