LOUP CITY — The former Loup City teacher accused of placing cameras in the girls locker room has filed a written waiver, instead of appearing in Sherman County District Court.
Anthony Rahe, 24, was scheduled to be arraigned this week.
The process now moves to a pre-trial hearing. Rahe has pleaded not guilty to 15 counts, which include unlawful intrusion, possession of child pornography, and manufacturing a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct.
A student reported finding the camera in early October leading to the arrest. Rahe has been suspended and barred from campus.
