YOUNGSTOWN, OH — Youngstown scored twice in the final minute of the game to top Tri-City, 4-2, on Saturday.
The game was tied after the Storm scored with about seven minutes to play. The final tally for the Phantoms came on an empty-netter.
The loss snaps Tri-City’s streak of eight straight games with a point. That is the longest in the league this season.
