LINCOLN — The owner of Kearny Hospitality, Inc. has pleaded guilty to employing an illegal immigrant.
Paul Younes, 63, had a Mexican citizen working at a Hastings hotel, but she quit in 2014 when she learned she was being investigated.
Prosecutors say Younes then arranged a job for her at a motel in Kearney. Both locations were operated by his company.
The attorney for Younes says a plea agreement likely involves probation and fines.
The sentencing is scheduled for May 9th.
