MINDEN — A Kearney man is facing probation and possible jail time for setting fires at a Minden drug store last March.
Aaron Stones, 35, pleaded guilty to setting fires at the front windows and rear door of Pedley Drug. In January, he was sentenced for setting a different fire in Ravenna two days before the Minden incident.
Stones was handed down four years probation and 180 days in jail. The latter can be suspended if he follows the terms of his probation.
He was also ordered to pay $2,200 in restitution.
