LINCOLN — Nebraska’s Scott Schreiber has been named Big Ten Player of the Week.
The first baseman hit .571 with four home runs on eight hits this week. That includes 11 RBI and six runs scored.
Its the first time Schreiber has won a player of the week award. UNL went 6-0 during the stretch.
