GREELEY — The Nebraska Department of Roads plans to begin work in coming weeks on US-281, south of Greeley.
The work runs from Wolbach Corner, at the junction of US-281 and Nebraska 22 and continues west to the Scotia Corner, a junction of the same routes.
The works includes grading, lengthening culverts, milling and widening the roadway by 28 feet with rumble strips on the outside edges.
Construction is set to begin April 11 and be completed by October.
