LINCOLN — Officials at the University of Nebraska hope to raise graduation rates through a new campaign.
The “Commit to Complete” effort pairs students with advisers to help them graduate on time by planning a course load of 30 credit hours-per-year.
70% of the state’s college students are not completing degrees and entering the workforce withing four years.
The hope is this could cut student loan debt by as much as 20%.
