A missing 13-year-old girl was found following the arrest of a Colorado man in Nebraska by the Nebraska State Patrol. On Wednesday, Nebraska State Patrol said troopers learned that a missing teen from Indiana may be traveling through the state with a man. About 20 minutes after receiving the report a trooper located the suspects Ford F-150 heading west on Interstate 80 near Kearney and the trooper pulled the vehicle over. The NSP said that during the stop the trooper found the missing girl hiding in the vehicle. 20-year-old Kyle Miotke was identified as the driver and was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. While the Nebraska State Patrol was conducting its investigation, the Lafayette Indiana police department acquired an arrest warrant for Miotke on several charges including promotion of sexual trafficking of a younger child, kidnapping a victim less than 14 years of age, performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor, inappropriate communication with a child via electronic device, and dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
