The Norfolk Police Division pulled over a car at around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday for not having its headlights on. An officer reportedly spoke to the driver of the vehicle and was identified as 36-year-old Bradley Miller of Norfolk. When the officer checked his license it came back as revoked. Miller was taken into custody on the charge of driver while under revocation. Authorities then transferred him to the Norfolk City Jail and they asked Miller to submit to field sobriety test and a preliminary breath test. The test indicated that Miller was impaired and he was arrested for enhanced third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol. He was housed at the Norfolk City Jail and then transferred to the Madison County Jail.
