A Hall County Warrant has been issued for 43-year-old Julius Sandrock of Broomfield, Colorado for a charge of felony attempted kidnapping after an incident at the Pump & Pantry on South Locust St. in October of 2022. Records show that Sandrock attempted to kidnap a 17-year-old boy at the Pump & Pantry. The victim also told authorities that Sandrock hit him the face and tried grabbing him around the neck but the teen was able to get away. Sandrock then fled the scene and was later spotted at a gas station in Shelton where he was trying to purchase rubbing alcohol and latex gloves. Sandrock was previously cited for assault in November last year in San Francisco. It was also reported by the Associated Press back in 2018 that Sandrock was arrested in Beverly Hills outside the home of Taylor Swift. At the time of his arrested it was reported that Sandrock was wearing a mask and rubber gloves and he was carrying a knife, rope and ammunition. If Sandrock is arrested and convicted on the Hall County charges he could face up to 20 years in prison.
