VALLEY COUNTY, Neb. — Benjamin Skinner, 33, of North Loup, is facing charges after allegedly burglarizing a home and taking a safe containing firearms.
Skinner was charged in Valley County court with burglary, theft by unlawful taking (more than $5,000), possession of a stolen firearm, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of intentionally violating a narcotics law.
