The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that a 14-year-old boy reported missing from Sutton has been found safe. Authorities say the teen had left sometime between 10 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday. At the time he was reported missing, the boy was described as approximately 5-foot-8, weighing around 130 pounds, and last seen wearing dark sweatpants, a gray zip-up hoodie, and a gray-and-red baseball cap. He was also believed to be traveling with a yellow Labrador retriever. The sheriff’s office later updated the public that the boy has been safely located, and no further information has been released.
