The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating the death of a Roseland man discovered Tuesday morning in rural Adams County. Authorities say they were notified after a man was found unresponsive in a ditch located north of Highway 6 and west of Juniata.
A Nebraska State Patrol trooper responded to the scene and confirmed the man was deceased. His pickup truck was found nearby. Investigators later identified the individual as 44-year-old Jeremy Trausch of Roseland.
State Patrol investigators have taken over the case, and the cause of death has not yet been determined. Anyone who may have information related to the incident is encouraged to contact Nebraska State Patrol Troop C investigators at 308-395-3713.
